Partner Initiated Customer Access is just that. It is for when a Cisco
Partner wants to give a non partner (customer) access to things like
partner e-learning central, or solutions builder, etc.
If you are that hot to trot to get access, get a couple certified
buddies together and put in your application for Premier status. That
will give you access to all the toys that the partners get to play with.
