Hi Naresh ,
You can use neighbor statement on NON_BROADCAST network type for the ospf.
The problem is appear when you use the Point_to_Multiaccess network and have
to use neighbor statement. This network type preserves the p2m (multiple
point-to-point relelation) + and remove the neighbor statement prohibition
on the p2m.
