IE difficulty rating and real lab

does anybody have a "feeling" about how the "difficulty rating" on the
IE Security Workbook 3.0 labs compares with the real lab? that is, the
real lab would "feel" like a 6 a 7 or a 10++?

any personal experience/comments on this?
