There's is a fantastic CoD available in one of the major vendors. Every
detail of the complex 3560 QoS mechanisms are explained.

Subject: 3560 ingress and egress queues
I am having some trouble understanding the 3560 QOS. All teh book sI have
are about the 3550 wrr-queueing. So now I try to find documents about the
3560 and some things are not completly clear. You can configure ingress and
egress queues. The 3560 has two ingress and 4 egress queues. What I
understand from cisco site teh traffic first hit the ingress queue the there
is srr scheduling then teh ring and then 4 egress queues. But i don't see
when to use the ingress queues for config and when the egress queues? If
someone can explain please QOS is for me a point I need much focus on.
