I noticed than even deleting the env and system_env, the 3560 maintains the
settings. Try to configure mtu as 1500, then reload. Then delete the env
files and reload again.

My 3560 is SED , not SEE.
Switch#show flash:
Directory of flash:/
1
3 drwx 192 Mar 1 1993 00:08:23 +00:00
c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.
22-25.SED
32514048 bytes total (23225856 bytes free) Switch#show system mtu
System MTU size is 1504 bytes
System Jumbo MTU size is 1504 bytes
Routing MTU size is 1504 bytes
Switch#
univercd for SED says mtu 1500.
I will upgrade to 12.2(37)
