Hi All,

I am having real trouble figuring out a dialplan to strip some characters. I
have a look at on cisco site but can't seems to understand the concept they
put it on about dial plan "rewrite".

What I want to do is when cisco 7960 dials 001161744413331 it should rewrite
to 61744413331 stripping out 0011. I am using 7960 phone with sip firmware.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I was looking at following cisco page
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2156/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a008018786c.html#wp1047995

<TEMPLATE MATCH="0011..*" TIMEOUT="0" User="Phone" Rewrite="%1*"/> <--
this doesn't seems to work

Regards

D
