Isn't it amazing that BRUSSELS is at the heart of all of these? I had my 1st
try in San Jose and 2nd at Brussels and I can definately say that it
wouldn't have mattered if there were no Proctors in Brussels because the
word "Proctor" was presented to me far from what I experienced in SJ (five
years ago). Meanwhile having said that, I think they should rotate proctors
so that the good guys @ SJ and the "gentlemen" of Dubai would come over to
Europe!

I am not saving I have failed because of these factors (didn't pass in SJ
anyway) but I know the difference is very clear!!.

I have a couple of friends that have passed in Brussels and I'll be joining
them soon enough!
