That is true Nasim, but Cisco being a very supportive company and has given
two links for 'novices' people just for this simple upgrade procedure, I
wonder how many other vendors work so hard on their support, have a look:

Hash, Please check the first link very carefully tough before upgrade.

Play special attention to the 'fixup ftp' problem after the upgrade and some
problems related to the boot image not being properly set.
