          When you do the upgrade the upgrade process does the conversion
for you. I would not say that the conversion process is flawless and
recommend you to back up your configuration files before the upgrade. Look
at the error logs after the upgrade. The number of errors would depend on
how complex your configuration is as some command have changed in 7.x code.
If you are using conduits, I would recommend that you convert them to
access-lists before the upgrade. I believe their are tools available that
can help you to do that. Finally compair your configuration after the
upgrade with the initial configuration file and make sure that you are not
missing anything.

I am not aware of any tools available that would do the conversion for you.
