Why would you want to change this default behavior?
That P-bit being set is what tells the ABR to change that route to a type 5
LSA. The type 7 does not cross the ABR.
Isn't that what you are asking for?

Subject: How to set the P-bit
Hello,
Is there is way to change the P-bit while distributing External routes into
OSPF NSSA so that the type 7 LSA does not cross the ABR to the rest of the
OSPF AS as a type 5 LSA? The book i reffered to says that the P-bit is
automatically set to 1 while re-distributing into NSSA. How can we change
this
default behaviour?
Thanks :)
Ajay
