Hi,

AFAIK their should be no problem, 'cause presently the company for which i'm working is a chanell partner for cisco and few of my collegues had joined cisco with any issue.

And one more things I like to clear is that I'm working for "chanell partner" so don't know what kinda partnership your company has with Cisco. But still if cisco willing to take you then their should be no problem.
