Your HQ router should exchange routes with the Telcom via OSPF. Same with
the Branches. The Telcom will pass the routes between the two sites via
MP-BGP.

Your HQ is a CE router, you'll exchange routes via OSPF with the Telecom's
PE router

      CE PE
(HQ-Rtr)/ospf --------{Telecom/ospf}

Same with your Branch office

         PE CE
{Telecom/ospf} ----------(Branch-rtr/ospf}

The Telecom then uses MP-BGP to exchange the routes between their PE
routers. If all your sites are in area 0, you see the remote sites routes as
inter-area routes 'O IA' which will seem odd. The Telecom can configure what
is called a sham-link to keep the routes as intra-area, but you'll have to
ask them.
