tag-switching is the older command for mpls ip. they've been migrating to mpls ip for years and supported the older command form to allow for easy upgrade and backwards compatability.

Ethernet and apply show run the command changes to "mpls ip" is it normal. I
guess " mpls ip" is the older command for "tag-switching ip"
