how to prioritize on host over another? it's not as simple as

Hi group,

i have this scenario: 2 hosts connected to a switch and switch is connected
to internet via a router.

I want to prioritize traffic of one host over the other when downloading,Is
there any solution?

if i mark traffic for one host and assign it to priority queue on switch
only upload traffic is prioritize ,it seems simple scenario but i have not
found proper solution yet.

Any idea???
