Yes - and do not be fooled by the output of show interface trunk. It
will show a Native VLAN column for your ISL trunk and the field will be
populated, even though this has no true meaning operationally.

ISL trunk links encapsulate the frame as they go across, unlike 802.1q
which
adds a tag. ISL links don't have any concept of native VLAN. Any frame
that
id received without the ISL header will be dropped.
