These are all good points, they are paying the expenses on top of the rate.
Corp-to-corp is interesting too. How much would a liability insurance cost I
wonder?
It is tough out there for sure, everybody is trying to do what is best for
them. How do we calculate the fica (I may be miss-spelling this one), social
security taxes etc. I assume these two are fix rates totaling to %15-16,
then the state and federal kicks in depending on the individual cases up to
%30 percent I assume, is that correct.
Is there any website out there, introducing ccies and the customers
directly?

Also to add something I have not heard anyone mention:
Is your rate all inclusive of expenses i.e. are you
paying for you expenses or are they?
If it is corp-to-corp, then it is likely you might be
the one footing these expenditures as well and should
plan to bill accordingly.
Also are expenses prepaid or are they expecting to
reimburse you?
If corp-to-corp, will you charge a premium for
"loaning the money" to them? Think about it, putting
expenses on credit cards can cost you interest, is
this being allowanced for?
If you live in one state and are expected to travel,
who pays for the flights? hotels? etc.?
