The most simple solution is to run mpls between AS1 and AS2.
You only must enter "mpls ip" command on all interface.
Another point of view is that you haven't redistribution between OSPF and BGP.
router ospf 1
redistribute bgp 1 subnets
router bgp 1
redistribute ospf 1
