 PDM has now been replaced by the much nicer ASDM and about SDM I think
it's intuitive enough and it allows you to configure most of the
features available in ios... You can also see what commands were
delivered to the router as a result of your config...

About these gui's..

I remember something horrid called.. was it VSM? Visual Switch Manager?
years back when I had to first work on 2900XLs. Is it like that? I soon
used command line on those. There's also PDM last time I worked with
PIX. Again much preferred command line so used that.
