Error Message
%OSPF-4-BADLENGTH: Invalid length [dec] in OSPF packet from [int] (ID
[int]), [chars]
Explanation The system received an OSPF packet with a length field of less
than normal header size or inconsistent with the size of the IP packet in
which it arrived. This indicates an error in the sender of the packet.

From that something on the sender side may be wrong. These OSPF packets may
be being discarded.

Perhaps check your encapsulation/mtu etc at the sender side, run some debugs
etc.

HP Openview traps define this a 'warning' as opposed to a 'critical'
message.
