Does anyone use the technique of configuring global settings such as
command aliases via the terminal server's "send *" function? I'm thinking
that you can employ this method to blast the config out, then send
subsequent show commands for verification using the same, then just go to
the individual Secure CRT sessions to verify.
I've seen this used on IE's COD during instruction, but I'm wondering if
it is a reliable method to propagate simple configs. I'm also concerned
about accidentally reconfiguring the BB routers, which is a potential way
to get booted out of the lab.
