Someone who has been through this a couple of times should put together a
strategy guide to taking the test, not focusing on the material, but on the
strategy:
1) Read it entirely
2) Identify trouble spots
3) Draw L2 and L3 diagrams
4) Pick off low-hanging points
5) Tackle the big stuff last
Things like that. I failed yesterday because I left the easy stuff to last,
not because I didn't know the material.
