do a debug ip mroute in all the routers in path from source to the
destination with no ip mroute-cache activated on interfaces and see the
result . probably it will say for the first packets
IP(0): s=10.1.37.7 (FastEthernet0/0) d=224.1.1.1 id=0, ttl=254, prot=17,
len=60(44), mroute olist null
meaning that the trees are not yet up and running .
