This is not a typical hub-spoke configuration. He mentioned he has two
point-to-point connections from the hub to the spokes.
The hub did not have a multi-point frame-relay. His problem was due to the
auto-rp groups not being advertised to other routers.
When running sparse-mode on the interface, you need to use the auto-rp
listener command since the auto-rp groups only run in dense mode.
