Can my company use my ccie for their partnet contract without

Hello All,

Does any one know about the ccie policies for gold partners?

I work for a Gold Partner Company. I became ccie a few weeks back. I did not receive any increase in my salary up to this moment.

Can my company use my ccie and attach it to their own company without even me knowing or will they have to inform me?
Does anyone know about this process? I heared that once they attach it, I can not use it for joining a new gold partner for 12 months.
