The first CCIE only counts for the count of needing 4 CCIE's total. "extra"
CCIE's can count for other specialization points or just as other CCIE's for
discounts, but the required 4 must be separate people. Otherwise folks like
Brian Dennis or myself could be gold partners as a party of 1. :) While
efficient, but really a good idea!
