You know its funny....if you are paying for all of this yourself - I would
skip the exams! Just make sure you get all the knowledge from the courses!

Dave, Anthony, and Leigh,

Thanks alot for your advice , I have gone through almost all the CCNP level
reading to make my job easier and I will try and take the exams to Validate
my knowledge and equally as you guys pointed out to fill in the Gaps.

and i will still hang in the GS and benefit from the wealth of information
passing across hopefully I may be able to contribute too.
