Hi Josh -
First...Congratulations to you on joining the pursuit of the CCIE. You want
to look at this as a journey (not a short sprint). Personally, I did the
CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCDP/CCSP before I started the CCIE journey. Doing this has
really helped me (I feel....even though I have still not achieved the
number). In fact, I would suggest that you even do the QoS (even if you
don't take the test), since this included in the CCIE. Hope this helps!

I am new to this group, this is my first post and i hv 3 years experience
with cisco routing and switching and wish to be a CCIE without any prio
cisco certification.
what is your advice? do i have to go through the CCNA, CCNP tracks as i know
its not a requirements from cisco for the CCIE labs
