For a router yes but on a switch you're going to need to remove your VTP and
VLAN information.

delete vlan.dat

I believe there are one or two more file but I forgot the names. Just do a
dir and delete anything but the IOS image.

What is the quickest way in case if I want to remove everything from
running-config and want to reload the router/switch with no config on it.

delete running-config
reload

????
