You aren't going to lose points in the lab if you do it either way. That
being said the method that I recommend is to use the most specific option
(0.0.0.0) but technically it doesn't matter since to accomplish the same
task.
If the lab wants you to solve a task one way over another they will tell you
directly or indirectly. You will not lose points because you didn't use the
"best practices" option. This is because you are not being tested on real
world best practices.
