Seems to be running better now I stopped using HTTrack :(. It was
downloading late last night at about 3MB/s (which is my 24Mb DSL flat out) I
wonder if Brian D suggesting htttrak set a load of people off downloading! A
good advert for Cisco's Qos capabilities :).

More likely is that one datacenter had a problem and hence only certain
people were affected. The IP quoted by Scott was the same one mine resolves
to.

No No No, This is a Linux's browser problem. Not an
IE problem.

I don't have IE. I have not checked if IE works.
