Hi!
if you did not configured Cisco IOS Resilient Configuration feature, which in
anyways you have access to the console port all the time via the Terminal
Server (Access Server) you should not have a problem at all, else if you
believe that you have a physical problem on your routers or you need to boot
them you should contact then proctor
