I should say this question comes Just-in-time as I am also looking for good
Cisco IPTD. upon research I am able to find the following reference.

Cisco IP Telephony design Training

An online Knowledgenet training is available which will help in desingin a
good IP Telephony design using Cisco. if you have CCO login and associated
with at least Cisco premir partner you can acess it.
