The only VoIP components in there are to do with QoS.
I believe you could get a question on QoS that contains VoIP.
Items like, identifying VoIP traffic (via RTP or UDP port numbers),
knowing the bandwidth required per VoIP call and knowing when to use LFI
And/Or compression, As I understand it could be testable.

Back when I took the lab in 2000, it was in there...these days, no voice
in the R&S lab. if you want to see some voice, take the CCIE Voice lab.
lots of it there to play with. :)
