Can't use QOS on isolated or community VLAN ? Replace 3560 with

Guess this is the solution for now. 3560's QOS says
"You can configure a hierarchical policy map only on
the primary VLAN of a private VLAN."

3550 lets us restrict QOS action to whichever VLAN we
want to specify, right ?
