Thanks all,

Router girl I want keep L3 (my vlans connect via L3) and also my hosts see
each other name.

I will try set up WINS server ,thanks Darby ;), but fall back bridging as
Edison suggested not works.I do'nt know why,please Edison if u know waht may
cause problem please help.
