How to NAT locally originated traffic

Hi, group

    I have a particular scenario about NAT. I statically mapped some inside servers to outside world on a Router, let's say R3. However, when i telnet to my servers from R3, it seems to not work. Then i debug the result, only one-way translation happenned, when traffic are coming back from servers, R3 immediately reset the tcp connection. How to make local originated traffic get back normally.
