OT: ASA split tunnels

Hi Guys,
I am running ASA as a VPN concentrator. Windows XP clients are using Cisco
VPN client (IPSEC). Everything working but got an issue with connecting
Local LAN after VPN client connects to ASA. The client is not able to browse
the local LAN.

I know it' s bcoz of ASA needs to be configured for SPLIT tunnel.

Does anyone knows about any temporary method to solve this issue without
configuring ASA as a SPLIT tunnel?
I have been through using route add and delete on windows XP machine but
that doesn't works.
