class-map match-any ef_cs5 match ip dscp cs5 ef //this is logical OR

class-map match-any ef_cs5match ip dscp ef match ip dscp cs5
//having 2 match conditions like that is a logical AND.

Maybe it doesnt accept both conditions at the same time within a logical AND.
