3560 doc , MSTP and PVST+ mixed situation

It says
"In a mixed MSTP and PVST+ network, the common
spanning-tree (CST) root must be inside the MST
backbone,"

This is the direct result of MST running protocol,
PVST+ has no CST concept right? vlan 0 of PVST is not
related to CST either. MST's CST runs in untagged
frames, even if it means running over vlan 1,2,...
whatever vlan is designated as native right?

So, that statement doesn't say any thing about how
to configure or how not to configure any thing right?
