No, you can't change BGP's path selection. You can only influence the
hops that you have jurisdiction over. Once it leaves your AS it's out
of your hands. In a lab scenario, you can only influence it one hop at
a time. That's the nature of BGP.

of course we all kno that we could prepend as-path either at the end of
the as-path
but could we prepend as-path in the middle
for example
suppose that R1 is receiving a route with the following as-path:

could we change it to:
11 10 9 8 7 i
could i??
i know this CCIE are getting me crazy
