One way to accomplish this task is on the router that should advertise the
specific routes and the summary, configure the following:
ip route 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 null0
ip route 10.1.2.0 255.255.255.0 null0
ip route 10.1.3.0 255.255.255.0 null0
ip route 10.1.0.0 255.255.0.0 null0
router rip
redistr static
