problem:NBAR cannot recognize specific word in http url

I have an issue that I cannot filter URL based on specific word.

for example if I want to filter www.yahoo.com

i should config this: match protocol http host www.yahoo.com

is there a way that I filter any URL that contain ,let's say "game" word ???

http://www......com/.../...../game as an example.

Please help me with this
