Just went through this one myself this week.

The question he asked is off-topic however it may help
someone.

Think about this, these tools, freebie, Windows,
Linux, etc. can be used by us all to help in our own
studies and prepping with our own labs at home.

And sometimes it might be useful at work too.

Rancid is free but not Windows.

Could use Perl and TCL?
