VwLb: HSRP
Hello Guys,
I have two 6509 switches running HSRP. I have vlans created on the server
which was replicated to the second switch. all of a sudden all PCs on that
Vlans can no longer ping the gateway. I removed the vlan on the primary and
they stated pinging the gatway once again (must have failed over to the
second switch. I then re-created the same vlan again on the primary and they
are still able to ping the gateway.
It looks like the vlan needed a reset.
Has anyone experienced this before? am afraid it might happen to a very
important vlan on my network.
I need help.
Henry.
