There are many questions:
Are you using VTP server/client.
What does your spanning-tree look like for that vlan?
What do your logs say? (You may need to turn on logging on the interface if it's
ios)
What version of code? Are you running supII PFCII, Sup1A, 720, 32?
What does the sh stand <vlan> say?
You may unicast me if necessary.
