if you want to redstribute with bgp on the same box, you cannot use
255.255.255.255 as ospf router-id.
I do not know what happens if you have two routers with same priority
and same (fictional) router-id. Maybe nice to try in your lab and see
what happens when resetting ospf proc and looking at debugs.
