Sorry, I missed this original email.
I've heard the reason for the severe delay in the printing of the book has
been because a co-author has ran into some problems with Cisco Press. I'm
betting Kennedy's stuff is ready to be published.
I used to have on my Amazon list that the 2nd edition was on it's way this
Spring, but amended my notes when I heard the book was put on hold. I had
someone write to me when I had the listing as 'the Spring' to ask what the
hold up was. Not sure if someone else may have seen the same comments.
Hopefully, some day we'll have an update to the classic!!
