BGP/OSPF redistribution

Suppose i have a router with one interface to a BGP cloud (eBGP connection) and one interface towards an OSPF cloud. I would like this router to redistribute ALL received prefixes from BGP, but ONLY if they are not yet present in the OSPF cloud. If they are already present in the OSPF cloud, i do not want to put a second one into the OSPF cloud.
 
 
Could this be as simple as changing the admin distance of BGP to something higher than OSPF, ie 150
and then do a redistribute bgp 65000 subnets ??
