As far as I know they run the Sydney lab only 2-3 weeks per month.
When I passed my lab last July the proctor was flying between Sydney
and Dubai.

You can definately schedule your lab more than three months in advance
as long as the dates are available. When it gets to the pay day for
the lab someone usually drops out around that date. When I was trying
to get a date I use to check every day for someone to drop out. Good
luck with getting the date that you want.
