I'm not getting as medieval as I thought.
But the tech support is on the ball. They are working
very diligently to resolve the issues.
So while tonight is a bust, I've managed to reschedule
the session and the sessions for the rest of the
weekends I have on the books to complete my current
credits.
I will say this - each time I have dealt with IE's
Technical Support staff they have been of the highest
caliber for professionalism and courtesy.
